RACING ON THE NATIONAL TRACK LAYOUT

Each class will race a 2 moto format. Please make sure you know which day your classes race.

ALL FEES WILL BE PAID UPON ENTERING THE PARK FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. 
 

WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times. You will need your wristband to register, practice, race, and while on the property.  If your band becomes tattered and worn, you may exchange old arm band for new one at the front gate. Loss of armband will require the purchase of another one.   
 

*** 3 PALMS IS A MEMBERSHIP BASED FACILITY AND IT IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AN ANNUAL OR DAILY MEMBERSHIP TO HAVE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE MOTOCROSS TRACKS. DURING AMA SANCTIONED DAYS THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE 3 PALMS MEMBERSHIP, BUT ALL OF THE MEMBERSHIP PAPERWORK MUST BE FILLED OUT. *** 

Daily Membership - $8.00 (Must purchase for organized practice if you do not have an annual membership.) No Charge on AMA Sanctioned Events 

Annual Membership - $40.00 (If you ride at 3 Palms more than 5 times a year then it saves you money to purchase.) 

  • To receive practice sticker, ALL RIDERS must be present at registration wearing wristband. 

  • Riders MUST bring the last 4 digits of VIN of every bike competing when registering.

RACE FEES

Practice Fee - $40.00 (per day Monday – Wednesday) 

 

FRIDAY Practice Fee - $40.00 per GROUP (AMA Sanctioned Practice) 

 

**(You MUST show your AMA card to receive your practice dot at the sign in building when checking in for the weekend & have qualified for the State Final for access to the track) ** 

Online Registration Race Entry Fee:$55.00 PER CLASS

On-Site Registration Race Entry Fee: $60.00 PER CLASS

Spectator Fee - $2.00 (per person per day Monday - Thursday) 

Gate Fee - $40.00 (per person for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday including the Racer) 

Gate Fee - $35.00 (per person for Friday, Saturday & Sunday including the Racer) 

Gate Fee - $30.00 (per person for Saturday & Sunday including the racer) 

Gate Fee - $15.00 (per person for Sunday Only including the Racer) 

Gate bands for ages five or younger are free unless a racer.

CAMPING/PIT VEHICLE FEES

RV HOOKUPS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
(WE DO NOT RESERVE ONLINE)

Pit Bike/Golf Cart - $20.00 (Race Weekend Rate – MUST have 3P membership on file) 

  • Pit Vehicle drivers & passengers must have an active membership on file and the speed limit is 5 MPH. 

  • Golf Carts and Utility Vehicles Drivers must hold a Valid Driver’s License. 

  • All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked by 10:00 p.m.
     

Dry Camping - $15.00 Nightly Includes one RV and a vehicle OR trailer; each additional vehicle or trailer is an additional Dry Camping Fee 

RV Hookups - $35 DAILY for 30 amp / $50 DAILY for 50 amp BOTH Includes one RV and a vehicle OR trailer; each additional vehicle or trailer is an additional Dry Camping Fee 

RV CAMPING & PARKING INFORMATION: 

  • Primitive Camping, Trailer Drop Offs, and RV Hook Ups are first come first served, no reservations. We DO NOT ALLOW you to banner off and save spots for late arrivals. If you want to camp with your friends/family, please all arrive together.  

  • We do NOT have showers – only Port A Pots. 

  • We do NOT have a dump station for black & gray water – YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DUMP your water in the pits even if it’s just gray water!!!! Do NOT dump it in our lakes!

REGISTRATION ON-SITE

All minors attending this event without parents must come with a notarized statement from parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases.  Please visit our website and go to the “Safety” tab, then under the “Waiver” tab for more information.     

  • On-Site Registration Opens Friday, October 31, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

  • On-Site Registration Opens Saturday, November 1, 6:30 a.m.  

  • On-Site Registration Opens Sunday, November 2, 6:30 a.m. 

  • On-Site Registration accepts all forms of payment – NO CHECKS.
     

  • To “finalize” race entry, Pre-Entry riders (to include parent/guardian/authorized adult if rider is a minor) MUST check in at Registration to sign releases and get practice sticker before you will be allowed to practice or race. 
     

  • Both PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS MUST sign all membership forms and MINOR RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.

PIT VEHICLE GUIDELINES & RULES

  • MUST HAVE PURCHASED A PIT PASS FOR $20.00 PER PIT VEHICLE. 

  • Place PIT PASS STICKER where it’s visible. 

  • NO Motorcycles, Mini-cycles, ATV’s or electric bicycles with throttles 

  • Four wheeled vehicles with a maximum width of 65" only permitted (See chart of approved pit vehicles on our website) 

  • Operators must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 16 years of age 

  • Pit Vehicles drivers & passengers must have an active membership on file. 

  • Speed Limits is 5 MPH.  (STRICTLY ENFORCED) 

  • Pit vehicle uses hours: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm daily; lights required after dusk. 

  • All passengers must be seated. 

  • Pit vehicles are PROHIBITED on the Motocross Track or anywhere inside the track fence line. 

  • Pit Bikes can purchase a practice band to ride on the kids track after General Practice has ended for the day 

  • Pit vehicles may not be operated in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner, and may not be operated by anyone under the influence of alcohol. 

  • Pit Vehicle usage is a privilege, not a right, which privilege can be revoked or terminated for any or no reason at the discretion of 3 Palms Staff. 

  • Unauthorized pit vehicles will be confiscated. 

  • Violation of any of the above rules is grounds for penalty including, but not limited to, confiscation of pit vehicle, disqualification of racer, and/or ejection from facility. 

  • No drinking & driving; Must NOT be under the influence. 

PET POLICY

Spectators are allowed to bring the family dog and/or cat when visiting designated campgrounds and pit areas at 3 Palms. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all 3 Palms guests and customers, it is important that you read and abide by the following 3 Palms Pet Policy. 

1. Aggressive dogs of any breed are strictly prohibited from entering the property. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it at home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, 3 Palms personnel will ask you to leave. NO REFUNDS. 

2. All dogs must always be under the control and visual observation of their owner. A 6’ leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, motorhome, or tent – There is no exception. No dogs should be left tied up and unattended. 

3. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of their pets’ waste; this rule applies at all times no matter where the pets relieve themselves. 4. Allowing your pets to bark or whine uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and in such an event, you will be asked to leave.

5. Following the State of Texas laws regarding your pets, all pets must have vaccination tags and owner information tags. Tags must be on the pet at all times. Pet owners may be subjected to verifying vaccination records and all pets must be current with State of Texas rabies vaccinations.  Please visit our website for the link of the Texas Administrative Code RULE §169.29 Vaccination Requirement for additional information. Even though we have decided to allow pets under strict rules above (1 thru 5), we were a bit concerned regarding all of the riders coming forward claiming they have a service animal. Please visit our website for a few of the FAQ that were areas of concern.
